I initiate the first interaction with clients via phone, online meetings, or in person. By using a customized approach, I identify their goals and needs, assess timelines, and determine the potential for a successful collaboration.

Following our discussion, I provide a tailored proposal and a collaboration agreement outlining the project specifications, timeline, and terms of cooperation. The project begins upon receipt of the initial deposit.

Using a carefully designed questionnaire (brief), clients share their preferences and provide examples of designs that catch their eye. We exchange images and files (mood board) to help them visualize their ideas more clearly.

Using the gathered data, I begin shaping the concept. My goal is to create unique designs that strengthen the brand and enhance its overall image. I craft personalized, timeless, authentic, and always relevant solutions.

Based on the elements selected with the client (design brief), I present proposals that elevate the business’s image, services, or products. I also provide mockups to help the client visualize how the finalized designs will be implemented.

After presenting the proposals and making any necessary revisions based on client feedback, the designs are finalized for delivery. The completion of each project is always a moment of pride and satisfaction, leaving both the client and myself delighted with the results.
